I'm the owner and creative designer behind Jenn Brings Joy, a balloon and backdrop company dedicated to creating beautiful celebrations and unforgettable memories. Whether it's a first birthday, baby shower, graduation, bridal shower, wedding, or milestone celebration, my goal is simple — to bring joy to every celebration and help make your vision come to life.

When I'm not surrounded by balloons, you'll find me at home in Fountain Inn, South Carolina with my wonderful husband and our sweet daughter, who made us first-time parents at the beginning of 2026. Becoming a wife and mother has only deepened my appreciation for life's biggest milestones and the importance of celebrating them well. Those moments become memories that last a lifetime, and I'm honored to play a small part in creating them.

My love for event planning began long before Jenn Brings Joy officially became a business. In fact, it all started back in 2017 while I was in college. I taught myself how to create balloon garlands and arches simply because I loved the creativity behind them. What began as a fun hobby quickly turned into decorating birthdays, showers, and celebrations for friends and family whenever someone needed an extra set of hands.

Then, in 2019, while planning my own wedding, I discovered just how much I loved every detail that goes into creating an unforgettable event. That experience inspired me to pursue wedding planning professionally, and from 2022 through 2024, I had the privilege of planning and coordinating weddings while helping couples bring one of the most important days of their lives to fruition.

Before pursuing my lifelong passion for celebrations into a career, I spent six years as a classroom teacher. My time in education taught me far more than how to teach — it taught me how to stay organized, communicate clearly, think creatively, and adapt with grace. Those same skills now allow me to guide clients through the planning process with confidence while creating celebrations that are as seamless as they are beautiful.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to plan and decorate weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, bachelorette trips, milestone birthdays, anniversary celebrations, and countless other special events. While I love every aspect of event design and planning, balloons have always held a special place in my heart.

There's something magical about watching an empty space transform into something joyful. Balloons have a way of making people smile the moment they walk into a room. I love how versatile they are and how they can be customized to reflect each client's unique style, personality, and story. No two celebrations should ever look exactly alike — and that's what makes this work so rewarding.

For me, this business has never been just about balloons.

It's about celebrating life's sweetest moments, creating beautiful memories, and helping families and friends gather together in spaces that feel just as special as the people being celebrated.
